Casa Divina - rest and enjoy the nature

Casa Divina is a cute guest house situated 120 km from Bucharest in a region rich in historical sites, natural beauties, and cultural traditions. Once you see the unique scenery and unforgettable views you will inevitably come back again in this part of Bulgaria. Divina is able to host up to 15 guests throughout the year and is equally suitable for family vacations and small company team buildings.

The project promoter is Natura Divina Ltd - a family-owned small business with a strong desire to develop the property they own as a nice place for weekend tourism and summer recreation.

We worked with them to shape the project idea, make a business plan and attract external financing for the refurbishment needed. We managed to access EU-funding under the Rural Development Programme. After they signed the grant contract, we assisted them with project management. Activities included: renovation and reconstruction works, supply of equipment and materials, developing of the web-site, marketing materials, etc.
